Claremont Classical Pilates is dedicated to teaching the work created by Joseph Pilates. Originally called, Contrology, a major component of classical Pilates is an integrative approach where all parts of the body are developed uniformly with the use of different apparatus to build strength, stamina, stability and flexibility. While Pilates is indeed a workout and the benefits of consistent practice can be many, we hope that clients also integrate the work into their daily routines as they live, work and play.
